Our pastor is Craig Toth, M.Div. He has served in the Western North Carolina Conference of The United Methodist Church since graduating from Duke Divinity School in 2008. Our Music Director is Lois McGee, who has faithfully served the church in this capacity for many years. When you visit New Mount Vernon on a Sunday morning, you will learn why we appreciate the ministry of Lois McGee.
Our Treasurer is Renee Taylor, who is responsible to maintain financial records of the congregation.
Our Facilities Maintenance Technician is Teresa Wright, who works diligently to keep the church clean and orderly.
Our Lay Leader is Paul Ferris, who is also our audio-visual specialist and information technology contact.
